FROM Scranton:
1. I-81S to 170B (PA-115 N/PA-309N)
2. Take exit 2 towards Center City/Wilkes-Barre
3. Left at fork, follow signs for Wilkes-Barre Blvd
4. Right at East Market Street to Public Square
5. Find Parking! and walk towards River!

FROM Dallas:
2. Take exit 2 towards Center City/Wilkes-Barre
3. Keep Right and Merge onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd
4. Right at East Market Street to Public Square
5. Find Parking! and walk towards River!

Note: RiverCommon does not have parking facilities. PLease plan accordingly. There is plenty of street parking on most streets near the parks and parking is available at Kirby Park in Kingston.

3. 15 N. Washington Street: 280 Spaces
4. 18 E. Northampton Street: 165 Spaces
Rates: $1 per hr, $5 daily minimum

Private Parking includes:
1. Boscov’s Department Store Garage: 279 Spaces
2. Citizen’s Bank Parking Garage: 400 Spaces
3. King’s College Off-Street Parking: 1,000
4. Wilkes-University Off-Street Parking: 1,200 Spaces
